"PHOENIX-(BUSINESS WIRE)-April 1, 19976 -- Dimensional Visions Group, Ltd. (OTC:DVGL) announced today that the Board of Directors is considering spinning off InfoFak, Inc. its wholly owned subsidiary.
The spin-off would be in the form of a non-taxable stock dividend payable to shareholders of record. Should the Board approve the proposed spin-off dividend, DVG would retain a majority interest in InfoFak, with approximately 10% being paid as dividends to the shareholders. DVG has retained the services of Millennium Holdings Group, Inc. to consult with on this matter. Millennium Holdings Group and its wholly owned subsidiary, Wall Street Associates will work with DVG's legal counsel regarding all aspects of the potential spin-off dividend.
