Berg is out. Stockholder "dissatisfaction" and conflict with Larson and others on his excess compensation. Reported in the Ottawa Sun on Tuesday.

Considering the raid on the corporate treasury,(such as it is), that Berg tried to railroad thru the annual meeting that then was postponed to cut his grab off, his obliteration is welcome. We'll save some dimes, but the enterprise remains badly crippled from its terrible management history.
