Good point, but if you look at the movement today, there might be potential for the stock to go above $1 fairly soon, maybe because of a small float, I don't know yet.
I find CCAP interesting because CHES started just like that, a reorganization/restructuring type of commitment from the head of the company, which I believe, does not guaranty anything but means there is potential there. Time will tell.
