But kudlow even admitted to bill Wohman on cnbc that though he believes his reasoning is right, the fed will most likely raise rates and not do what he thinks.

The fed HAS to raise rates now it is an issue of credibility in the markets. They have telegraphed it and if they do not the bond of communication will be strained. High trust street has in AG too important to squander away.

But I have been wrong before...
