<It appears the Shorts had a well orchestrated plan to manipulate the price of the stock by placing illegal wagers, and then reporting their activities to the Canadian authorities...JIMHO...>>>

**More twists to the plot... but it would seem a logical move to explore
a companies vulnerability like SNMM! If i were shareholder of SNMM
(which i'm not, currently short or long) I would be very curious to know if they accepted bet placed from the US Canada , or any other
restricted domain.

weren't you ever tempted to try this, for yourself? Placing a bets from the US? It seems to me the Smut end of it, mentioned earlier by DR MicroPenny is rediculous not at all at the heart of this , but the Racketeering and the illegal Betting is totally the case they'll make...

Didn't anyone ever try to test placing small illegal bets with SNMM before, just to try it? Then to immediately bring it to their attention?

Just curious
