Microcap, Actual basis in SNMM was less than .50 back in November and was a licensee prior to that point. Believe what you like! Go back and peruse the posting history if you're so inclined.

VGAMD contracted with a San Diego promoter about two months ago who has been active with other local BB companies as well. Unless he has since been terminated, I presume he's still on board and this is not a theory. I have had conversations with this individual and he owns some shares, although I don't know whether they were purchased or not. I don't see any of this as an issue per se anyway.

With respect to the problems associated with Starnet, how confident can you be licensees such as VGAMD will not be materially affected in a scenario where daily operations are disrupted? Personally, I would hold off on taking positions in ANY Starnet licensee who has gone public until such time as we can be absolutely assured all systems are go.

As to Starnet as an entity, it may be a trash, smut, god knows what kind of company, however, the reality is, this company is immensely successful and profitable and unless it's shut down, the money has to go somewhere, and it's still a good bet stockholders will reap the rewards. Interestingly, VGTI (Virtual Gaming, the development company) and PSCKF (PlayStar) reorganized to avoid this very situation and should not go unnoticed!
