Sherry--It is sad for me to do but I have to say you are right.
My post about selling the horse to Alpo was hasty and ill thought out. Taxi living as he does in a big city can simply contact a local butcher and have him sell it as beef. He would get a lot more marketing dear old Dobbin as cheeseburgers than he could ever hope to get from Alpo. My apologies for my error.
