ST. PAUL, Minn. (Reuters) - A judge Thursday rejected a suit
filed by a political opponent of Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura
which sought to stop Ventura from allegedly using his public
office for private gain by refereeing a wrestling match.

Judge Kathleen Gearin of Ramsey County District Court
dismissed the suit brought by Leslie Davis saying it had "no
legal basis."
