I want to make it clear that I was simply trying to digest the overwhelming amount of information that has come out of this company in the past couple of days. For that reason I posted in chunks, trying to make it easier for everyone. My objective was to try and find a source of free-trading shares that could be responsible for the recent sell off and descending share price. While shorts may be partially responsible, my instincts tell me at least some of the Rogel people have decided to sell at least some of their free trading paper since that when the volumes picked up and share price began to fall. I don't blame them if they did! They still have a few million more restricted shares and this was an opportunity for them to cash in a few chips that were no doubt hard-earned before joining ECNC. Hopefully they are just about done (if it's them) and the share price will begin to recover soon.
