Ron, you forgot to mention that SEG is also selling an extra 3,423,128 shares as a part of the offering. In the prospectus it is referred to as a $200M PEPS with a registration fee based upon an estimated $67.19 value. Check FreeEdgar.com and search the filing for "67.19" to see for yourself. If I knew what they meant by "Premium Exchangeable Participating Shares" in note 4, I'd probably feel a lot better. Can anyone here explain the term "PEPS"? Craig
