Well so much for here we go.... Damn it, Fred, hire a CFO and quit filing Form 12b-25's!!!!! It makes people think the company is out of control when the 10-Q's are not filed ON TIME, and the company files this delayed reporting form with the SEC! Geeze, I know I could have been a good help. I filed 8 SEC forms last year for a client in less than 6 months after they got a deficiency letter from our W.,D.C. buddies. Now I am just pissed at my investment being at half of what I paid for it, because of lack of completion with vendors and their contracts, and stupid delays in information. As a shareholder I want this fixed, and I mean right NOW!!! Later, Dennis
