Is there one relief organization that is more reliable than
another..... as I was disillusioned several years ago when I read
about the amount of contribution money that certain charitable
organizations withheld for their own operations. So little of
what was contributed actually reached the intended charity.

I rather gave up at that point... but this is something I want
to contribute too... AND how in the world does one send cash.
Will not checks be sufficient ?
