Certainly isn't the news we hoped for. How much stock has been issued in the last year? Frankly the thought of adding up the impact of all the deals daunts me. Meanwhile just what are they spending all their money on? For a company that is doing no actual work on the ground they seem to have a high burn rate! Of course there are the trips to Europe and California which must be critical and no doubt there are large legal fees for a case that apparently should have gone to court a long time ago. I can hardly think that bargaining is progressing well when there is not a word ever said about it and no suit filed long after the company intimated it would be. I haven't looked at the insider trading reports lately but in the past that was one of the scariest pictures I have ever seen!

Whatever the merits of the property I have a hard time seeing this as a well run company. Maybe the next release will be another contract for a promoter, where would RKR be without all those previous contracts this past year?

If they are prepared to dilute this company yet again I can't imagine that they foresee any other monies coming their way in the near future, either from a JV or a settlement. If any settlement or JV is imminent then the scenario is worse than I might have thought.

I'm still not selling at these prices but RKR should be telling us what is going on with the BC government!
