For those of you who are old enough to remember, Gabriel Heater, a Mutual Broadcasting radio newscaster started each program with "There's good news tonight." And of course there never was. However, in the case of CICI I would say there's good news in sight. The current quarter may be their first profitable quarter--ever. We can hope. And pray. If it is, and if the street believes that it is for real, our crummy little stock could climb to 2 or 3 bucks by year's end. Just a hunch. I am way long in this story/stock.
