I'm just pointing out the facts here. I've not conjured up any news and i'm not misleading anyone. Why has Nasdaq halted this stock for almost 2 weeks now if DELGF is a credible company? Look at all the companies that got halted BXMNF, CTN, SEXI, IDID, etc. They all tanked after they reopened. I went to the SEC edgar database and there's no 10-k or 10-Q report for DELGF. If you want to go invest in this company....by all means, please proceed. I'm just presenting a contrarian view of this company.
