They had a major outage, multiple days, where LU equipment was involved, and the wcom management (Eggers) handled it very poorly, blaming LU, etc. Kind of like the ebay situation. I'm not really up on it but there is a lot about it on the cisco thread. I do feel when management gets up and loudly complains about a vendor ("its all their fault") it makes me feel they are not in control.
