Hi Dorin,
You know I did not even know about that situation when I purchased SWRX, which probably is a good thing since I based my purchase solely on the current fundamentals, anaylst views and outlook of SWRX. Which, I dare say, is very good. I understand that CCEE only owns approx 30% of SWRX at this point. Since I have earned a return of over 40% thus far, I am happy. I see this stock hitting 10 within a relatively short time (especially if more news comes out).
