What IMAA says--->We also cannot assure you that we will be successful in the development and implementation of any of our new software products, specifically our BuyingEDGE.com product for purchasing goods and services over the Internet. Our strategy regarding the BuyingEDGE.com system will rely on several sources of revenue. We can not assure you that the BuyingEDGE.com product will achieve any degree of market acceptance among consumers or manufacturers and service providers. Internet purchasing is a rapidly evolving area of commerce with rapid technological changes and the frequent introduction of new products and services. These technological changes and increased competition in the Internet commerce area could render the BuyingEDGE.com product obsolete and rapidly diminish the Company's ability to establish a position in existing or future markets. We can not assure you that competitors will not develop products comparable or superior to ours or adapt more quickly than we do to new technologies, evolving industry trends or the changing needs of consumers.
