Given typical "windows" for insider selling, I would guess she probably had to put in the order well in advance, to sell on a certain day, regardless of price.

Happens a lot in Silicon Valley. Some of the insiders get lucky and happen to pick a period when the stock runs. I know just as many who decide to sell, then see the stock get crushed just before the sell date.
