Oh yum . . . can I come over for dinner? I didn't know the thing about soaking the rice . . . hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Will have to try that next time . . . I've been eating hard rice for years . . oh yuk. When my mother's in a good mood she makes a bunch of different things and sends them over. They freeze really well too. You know I'd go to India just for the food . . . but I'd go to the south not the north even though I'm from the north . . . they're crazy up there. Lola:)
