Matt, wake up and smell the greenbacks! This is America -- where multinational companies with billions in revenues PAY NO TAXES! Do you think anyone on Wall Street or Pennsylvania Ave. gives a squat about innovation or invention? Hell no! It all comes down to the almighty dollar. I am an engineer and I have my ideals and dreams and ambitions, but I am smart enough to know when not to fight the system. There is far too much pork that is dished out by slimy politicians, and end up costing us billions, then to worry about whether one company should deserve to benefit from the laws this country has seen fit to pass. I applaud E-data for not only recognizing the value of intellectual property, but for their execution and determination. Without these values, innovation and invention go unfulfilled.
