It's less of a problem at night when the servers aren't busy, and it's never a problem at home with my ADSL line.

Come to think of it, downloading a chart is rarely THAT slow even at 33K. About every two weeks their servers are on the blink in the morning though.

I'm wintel at home and at work. At work I have 64 megs RAM and at home 128.
