Vendit to add to your post, revenue being the name of the game, it is the business person's dollars that businesses are after. The airlines, phone companies, hotels etc. all target the business person. The business person on the other hand is looking for greater comfort and convenience during a business trip (larger rooms and double rooms, free breakfast etc.)

And now via the Internet (wireless/satellite offcourse), the business person armed with a laptop and AOL wireless can check e-mail and conduct business while waiting at the airport, hotel lobby and in some cases even in traffic jams. No more hunting around for a broadband hookup or as we currently do go looking for a phone jacket in the wall.

Just think how powerful AOL wireless will be and whether a free ISP (MSFT included) can provide this convenience to a business person.
