Dan,
I visited PHL once, several years ago and never again
...didn't get it. But even without actually visiting the
place, one glance at the financials shows that RAIN and
PHL are stunningly different. Any unbiased investor
only needed to see the huge LTD and negative earnings
of PHL compared with the zero LTD, low PE and massive
positive free cash flows of RAIN, to know which would
be the better investment.
