Yes I believe that you might be referring to the same Mr. Claude Levy. However, as of today his $1B lawsuite is looking a bit stronger wouldn't you say? Mr Levy isn't the one posting child porn on the internet is he? No this is something Mr Dohlan wanted to get out of but didn't find a buyer in time.
