How exactly does the application process work? Does ALYD have to file with the SEC when they do? I haven't seen any documents filed with the SEC yet. As far as the press release goes, I don't think they need one until it is approved. I'm glad that they aren't into the hype game. No need for it. Eventually the truth will come out, and the small investors will be the last to know.
