Where is the earnings report? Don't they (GBIT) have 90 days from fiscal year end to file 10k with SEC unless an extension is filed and granted? I am also hearing GBIT needs money another REG S is in the works. Can anyone check there source for validity to this? Because if another REG S is the works look for a price of $2.00 very soon.
