Ed,

Let's carry on the discussion privately.

But let me respond here to your claim that the Turkish government did not send help in the 1988 quake to Armenia, which was another disaster of epic proportions. We DID send help to the quake via Turkish Red Crescent. We sent food, medical supplies, tents via the border with trailer trucks.
