DBII supposedly has a mobile scanner. IDX doe not have a mobile scanner on the market at this time.
However, If I recall correctly, IDX had an experimental scanner in police cars in New York when they sold them 10 printers. That would have been 2 or 3 years ago. Obviously, knowing the FBI is setting up for mobile scanners, IDX will probably be offering a model shortly.
