No word on other alliances but I think LTXX is only in mixed signal testing...not logic, and hence no Rambus test product. I do not know enough about CMOS to comment. Regarding the cash position and potential mergers or purchases, I have no idea. However, I DO have an idea for their management...buy back the stock if Wall Street is not interested! That would surely be a better return than the 5% return they are getting. A one time cash dividend of $8.34 per share would also be nice!
