Mike, I am awfully sorry, but I erroneously cited High Speed Access Corporation (HSAC) in my question in the uplink (post # 5021 ) when I meant to inquire about WGAT. Chalk it up to dyslexia. I'll address your observations of VoIP in another post.

I will attempt to rectify this situation with the SI webmistress. In the event that I am not successful, apologies to all concerned, and especially to HSAC and their shareholders.
