Who BROUGHT you ANYI? I'm more pissed than anyone about the sales numbers, but you are WAY off base w/ that last post. You ever try to start a business, or change the direction of a business?

Do you hold over $8,000,000 in assets? Do you own multiple lines, mulitple companies? Have you brought one of the first internet congolmerates on-line? Would you have had the dedication to stick through the SEC reg changes to do these changes? Would you have the guts to go out on a limb financially to buck-up for the audits required?

Where BANY dropped the ball is they should have let us know the focus was TOTALLY on M&A so we could expect the $reported numbers$ or they should have focused on core Bany business in addition to the M&A stuff so we would have been at least even w/ last year. I can understand why they didn't. Most would have bailed, or moved their $$ to ANYI. I would have.

We (shareholders of bany) are what make it possible for whats happening now. We were given a dividend (anywere from 20% to 100% dividend) to compensate us for that. I don't know this, but perhaps the dividend was the sugar coating for the pill management knew the investors would have to take, in the form of the current stock price of BANY(e). It helps, but it aint sweet going down.
