Dear Rick, It's good to finally hear from you. I handle Investor Relations at our corporate office here in CA. I work directly with Rodger and Britt. Although, Britt is currently in TX. In response to your question of income. Our '96 audited financials are almost done. I expect those in the next week, auditors God's providing. Rodger has not given me direct #'s tied to oil production estimates. With the new well we're in the process of finishing I don't think anyone wants to guess, as that can be a major contributing factor. We are planning to apply to list on the major boards this year. Although, currently that is tied to the finalization of the Non Mag aquistion. The aquisition will hopefully be completed in the near future. We are very excited about it as it will give us additional assets and earnings that are necessary for this process. As to the current open market situation. There are a group of market makers that are currently playing with the stock. If you currently are not a shareholder it is a good time to buy, as we feel that our stock is currently undervalued in the open market.
