here are the numbers the best I can do this morning....
Hope there isn't too many mistakes. :o)
I also wish the current ESV status in the Gulf is not a trend of things to come!
Carl Thorne said the recovery will be first noticed in the Gulf,
ESV is going backwards.......

I dug up the old printouts, hope I didnt make any mistakes.
This is a listing of rigs working/not working.
GOM-Gulf of Mexico
NS-North Sea
SA-South America

The South America quantity of rigs changed due to staggered delivery
of the three new rigs to Chevron.

Also I mentioned earlier, the three new rigs still under construction,
two do not have contracts. In 1/12 they did not have contracts, so nothing
has changed there.
