Brian; My father built NWL from $14,000,000.00 in 1965 to over $1 Billion in 1992 when he retired as Vice-Chairman of that Vehicle! IT has never traded with a 100 times Revenue Market Cap! Also it bought RBD early this year nearly Doubleing Revenues with projected cost savings of $300,000,000.00 to $350,000,000.00 in year two! It doesn't trade with a 10 times REVENUES Market Cap let alone a 100 Times! THIS IS A COMPANY THAT HAS PROVEN IT'SELF for 34 years and 80 + Acquisitions! SNMM is a pure speculation at those lofty levels that the Market and I believe are "OVERVAULED"! <eom>
