Plus, the corruption of a significant part of our system. Billions of dollars of drug profits are buying chunks of America, South America, and the rest of the world.
But, drug use in not responsible, lack of affordable drugs is the problem.
Legalize drug use and let the government sell it. Have certain programs to make it available to those who can't afford it. Drug users are going to use drugs either way.
Use the profits for an all out attack against drug use, fixing our roads, schools, health care system, programs for youth, etc. Let's try to invent safer drugs, that aren't addictive.
We are losing the war on drugs many times over. It's time for someone in Washington to have the backbone to admit our defeat and launch a war against drugs that we can win! |
