Hi Joe and all, Sorry I haven't posted this week but am doing so now. I did ride by the property last weekend and will share with you what I saw. The time-share property hasn't changed since I last went by about six months ago or so. Still an empty field. I didn't drive to the back of the property this time as I didn't see any reason to. Now for the Motel property. I did stop and look in the windows this time. This was early on Sunday morning and didn't see anyone working of course, but the inside of the front office did look complete to me. Nice long book in desk. Some furniture and some decorations. Mirror wall to give depth. Adjoining dining area looked finished and had some tables and chairs in it. Room to the rear of dining area had a nice bar in it and looked nice. The room located behind the check in area had all the windows covered with shades or whatever. I couldn't see inside at all. I felt they might be using this room for office space. The outside of this building was clean and either freshly painted or pressure washed. The grounds are yet to be done. Probably will be one of the last things they do. I can't say whether there is any daily activity going on here right now. Maybe so, maybe not. Hope this helps a little. I took a few pictures and will have them developed this week and post on the internet for you. I took them through the windows and don't know how they will turn out. Maybe they will help a little also. If I think of any more to add to this I'll post it. Regards, Dan
