In the last month, my own office computer froze up and resulted in the loss of some data. Our fax machine jammed and the memory could not hold the rest of the incoming faxes, our copier needed repairs, one of our phone lines went haywire and the phone company fixed it.

You know Ken, there are so many bugs, problems, etc in business everyday that never get reported. It's just a normal part of being in business. Don't you think a big plant has problems not related to Y too Kay that happen on a weekly basis?

Is Y too Kay the only bug?
