IMAA & TokyoJoe: Here are the facts, they are just puzzle pieces right now, but soon enough the dots will be connected.

1. Tokyo Joe put out a build a position email, and talked about Yahoo hyping. see Message 9611353

2. In March on Yahoo there are multiple messages from Tokyo Joe's followers and detractors, the stock was appears to be under accumulation, especially due to "build a position and we lett hose monkey on the YHOO land hype it for us" quote within the above link.

3. A supporter of Joe does not believe Joe would use the word "friggin" but it has been shown to be used just this month on NFF. tokyojoe.com

4. The position in IMAA is not tracked on his in his past performance, as either open or closed, but again there are tons of Yahoo posts supporting the position in late May.

5. A poster claims the message in item 1, was only sent out in email, and not on the site.

6. An official call is made Aug at 4.5 Message 11029622

7. Chatroom and the stock were a buzz as the stock takes off on old news, @Ventures (cmgi) was announced on the 12th.

8. Supporters of Tokyo Joe and it would seem Tokyo Joe as well take a story from Business Week were Steve Harmon is quoted. IMAA is the topic above Harmon's quotes but the discussion ends there. Harmon speaks only to Accompany.com and Mercata. Here is the actual quote, clearly the IMAA connection is bogus.

"SUPERIOR MODEL? Other new sites aggregate groups of buyers and then negotiate with sellers to push prices down. Accompany.com and Mercata both do "price-pressure auctioning" and have great potential (although neither are currently publicly traded), believes Steve Harmon, CEO of e-harmon, an Internet investment firm in San Francisco. Harmon believes their business model is superior to Priceline's because he thinks they take better advantage of the Internet, "leveraging off the huge installed base of Internet users to help people help themselves."

9. Back from the email posted on SI on May 19th TokyoMex said this "...just nibble and build a position and we lett hose monkey on the YHOO land hype it for us" (see 1 for full reference)

Since 8/16 starting at Message #420 to the current 2348, there have been 1928 message pumped onto the Yahoo IMAA message board. I would call that hype. That about 300 msgs on average a day, compared to the 420 Msgs for the prior 1 year and 9 months.

11. On Silicon Investor a board that requires Payment and individual accountability to post, has a mere 65 msgs total on it, many of which are noticeable off-topic. My conclusion is that if anyone were paid to tout a stock the odds are it would be on Yahoo and not SI.

12. Tokyo Joe puts out his own Business Wire Press Release on Aug 19
newsalert.com

13. On Aug 20 TokyoJoe says the stock will go to 14, the stock goes to 14 then proceed to dump.

14. After the Trading Day, TJ says he profited $250,000, which is usually a sign of a completed buy, hold, sell transaction. His follower then speculate to whether he has sold the stock.

15. The IMAA stock closes at 9 15/16th down from the 14 high, a 30% drop in price.

Well those are the puzzle pieces!
