John, I think you're right about the range.

You can put me down for a "2" as it affects me personally. I'm not concerned about my well being or that of my loved ones. My concerns are primarily about my portfolio, which is affected by events worldwide and by the psychology of investors.

I wouldn't be surprised, though, to see some spikes to the mid range here and there with some serious consequences for some people. I don't expect the events to overwhelm the response capabilities in the U.S. and Canada.
