zonkie: Suzanne will probably produce a more articulate response, but, because I love a good discourse, I thought I may jump in...

So, by your response, should I assume that you believe that the TSIG business model WILL succeed? Meaning, they will produce earnings?

If you do believe that TSIG will produce earnings, what happens next? The share price goes up? The people in power get rich? Yes, they will. They have a bunch of shares. It is in their best interest for the share price to go UP. That would make them happy.

You think that Leshufy isn't watching the share count? Of course he is. Would it be in his best interest for outstanding to balloon up to 300 million? If it results in a decreased share price of his huge investment, of course not.

Any outstanding share increase at this point is under a microscope, and we are not the only investors watching.

I share a certain amount of your healthy skepticism. However, I believe that "those in power" will get richer from a huge increase in the share price, which will benefit the shareholders as well. If they don't blow the execution, a huge increase in share price is a possibility.

As Fred said, time will tell the story.

Suzanne?
