Interesting article.

It seems to me that the history of intelligence and counter-intelligence over the part 50 years would make funnier reading than "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight". The right hand doesn't have a clue what the left hand is doing..in fact it probably doesn't know what the right hand is doing?

There have been so many intelligence agency faux pas that have come to light, I can't even begin to imagine how many screw-ups have been semi-successfully obfuscated. Efficiency seems to be an alien concept.

Most of these spy cases that do come to the public's attention, are harder to comprehend than a Professor Irwin Corey monologue :)

I think someone somewhere might have said..."Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear"...call me a skeptic.
