TFF re: your Post on IMAA "Stocks are pumped and dumped daily this is nothing new".

TFF I will respond to each of your points

Stocks are pumped and dumped daily this is nothing new.
I agree scams like pumps and dumps do occur every day, does that mean if I see someone snatch a purse that it is okay because it happens, NO. I see that you agree this was a PUMP and DUMP NOW, while your prior messages on IMAA have been very enthusiastic. Given that it is a pump and dump, do you believe that Pump and Dumps should occur, and should not be investigated? What do you think the consequences of a Pump and Dump are to the average investor, won't this be the kind of market that will remove investors from the Wallstreet pool of assets?

Reasons the stock moved:

1) CMGI/Wade Partners $10 million investment in Buyingedge.com
TFF this was announced on the 12th Stock does not move until the 16th why?

2) Red Herring article - PCLN comparison
Manipulated references were hyped accordingly. This supported the Pump.
3) Businessweek article - PCLN comparison
Manipulated references were hyped accordingly. This supported the Pump. Note Harmon never mentioned IMAA at all.

4) No insider selling(disclosed on NYT article)
I don't see the importance here, stock is 5 times what the insiders were buying at see biz.yahoo.com, not how much buying. I speculate this was the first time @Ventures was knocking at the door. Perhaps the SEC will discover the truth there.

5) Heavy shorting at lower levels creating squeeze(well documented on SI)
I agree the public word on Shorting was out there

6) Several Briefing.com INPLAY mentions
Not much here just reflects the unusual action of the stock, does not really play a part of it.

7) Internet chatrooms hype
Yes, this is the big one, everyone was aware this was a Tokyo Joe Pump. At 9 he said it will go to 14, he was all over it. He even gave it a PR to the world. Thats good hype.

8) Probable accumulation by @Ventures(CMGI) - Disclosed after close friday via Edgar filing showing 12%(1.3 mil shares) in IMAA

Was Tmex the only reason that this stock went up? I highly doubt it.

I do not believe the Tmex was passive on IMAA. Quite the inverse actually.
