Thanks for the response, however, the track record in recent years has been terrible. Management took out enormous sums as a present to themselves, with their own permission. The stock dropped dramatically. About a year later, on a modest rebound in the mid 50's they sold large amounts of shares. It seems they feel no responsibility to shareholders. CA buys other company's, to raise their own share price temporarilly, they treat the new folks so badly that they leave, and the support system for the acquired company diminishes with the stock price.
