It is an exercise of counting the deck chairs on the Titanic. TPII is a casualty of the Y2K iceberg. I have been told that the landlord has locked the door. McGee was not made President, a Mighton promised, and ADP has seized their code and gone back to New York.

Stepannoff has resigned and gone off to do transformations on his own. Apparently the CFO, Warren Strutt has vacated the company.

What is that howling I hear in the distance . . . .
