It's pretty obvious he was hot on the stock. Within the current regulatory environment it is not illegal to run a site such as he is doing. In fact it is also not illegal for joeblow to come on SI and scream for everyone to short a stock joeblow is already short. The most important thing is for individuals to take responsibilty for their own decisions and quit trying to blame others for they're own mistakes. P.S. I never dreamed I would be defending Tmex..LOL
