read again TFF, its not a disclaimer, its an expectation. They don't say "we could" what they say

"We expect that in some future quarter or quarters our total revenues or operating results will not meet the expectations of public market analysts and investors. Our failure to meet expectations or adverse conditions prevailing or appearing to prevail generally or with respect to our business will likely materially adversely affect our Common Stock price."

I believe this is clearly saying the current business model of IMAA which the stock is valued on, is not working, and that by IMAA's own admission they have few customers, if any of these customer stop purchasing, they will be in financial dire straits.

Please also note how current customers have required that the source code be put into escrow, incase the company goes belly up
