Stew: I can't imagine that if Rock were to make a statement about being in talks it could jeopardize anything. The facts of this case are known to both sides, there are no tricks up the sleeves, it is only a matter of can they reach an agreement without going to court. It would be easy to word a press release that was inoffensive yet informative to Rock's shareholders. The fact of the matter is, Rock has made no statement whatsoever that confirms that any talks have even taken place! Until they do I don't know if they have. I would appreciate it if they would. I will say again that there can't be much progress if they continue to issue themselves warrants at .15 and sell placements at that price unless they are just loading up with friends first. Without a settlement it will be hard to get any financing or a JV that are on desirable terms. Regards
