Yea, that phenomenon is known as bilocation/multilocation. It would seem that only mystics who have attained a certain level of development would be capable of bilocation/multilocation.

A few years ago, some of my friends swore they saw me fishing alone from a canoe on Lake Moraine, about 1200 miles from where I live. Remembering that I had told them I would not be leaving home that summer, they thought that I had probably changed my mind and had gone fishing on Lake Moraine, instead. Intending to surprise me, they quietly went about renting a boat to get to me. But, by the time they got through the usual procedure of renting and started paddling intending to get to me, I was nowhere to be seen. They were so sure they saw me that they became utterly incredulous and, almost to a man, they decided to phone me at my residence. To their utter amazement, I answered them from my residence 1200 miles away from them!!! To this day, they still swear up and down they saw me that day. But, as I remember it that day, I was intensely visualizing myself fishing from a canoe on beautiful Lake Moraine.

Since then, it would seem I have had bilocated myself on several occasions to different locations, according to reports from my friends. I told them if they were not kidding me, then each of my bilocations was a case of 'unconscious' bilocation.
