Ron,

Well, we got the new high, now we need the volume. Unless we get a coupla days in a row with 50K shares at these prices it would not be a "real" rally IMO.

The folks who are buying at $1.25 either have a lot of patience or know something we don't. At $1.25 this company has an immense market cap. on a fully diluted basis -- about $32 mm. This is due to the new stock that was just issued plus the warrants get counted at that stock price.

Hopefully we will get a release out on the Turtle Bayou well this week and maybe we'll even get a clue as to when & where they will drill their next well.

This recent rise in gas prices is really gonna help PQUE a lot. They've tapped out their bank line but it is up for another borrowing base review on 9/1.
